Up My Street is Louise Lockhart's first book. It is a concertina book that folds out into a delightful high street celebrating the traditional shops that are disappearing from British towns. It stretches out to 139cm long and is printed on both sides. Influenced by the French Children's books of the 1930s this is a brilliant contemporary twist on Eric Ravilious' 1938 High Street. It can be read as a book, displayed on a mantelpiece or framed as a print.
Published by Design For Today and printed in London on 100% recycled FSC paper in spot colour litho offset biodegradable inks.
